Uro Medical is a privately held, urology focused medical device company engaged in the development, manufacture, and commercialization of high powered, micro neurostimulators.  Our  Protect PNS System is currently being evaluated by the FDA for market approval for the treatment of overactive bladder (OAB) by the placement of the device at the tibial nerve.

OAB is a condition which causes a sudden urge to urinate and affects over 37 million Americans - the majority of which are women.  OAB can also trigger involuntary loss of urine, known as incontinence.

Neuromodulation has been used for over 20 years to alleviate the symptoms associated with OAB, reduce the side effects of long term medication use, and reduce the overall cost of patient care.  Our approach leverages that successful history by delivering an optimized neurostimulation system that is both physician- and patient-friendly.
